This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Raul Trails operates worldwide and currently offers only Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product you received is:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery
- Incorrect or not as described on our website
- Missing parts or accessories as advertised
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Process
Since Raul Trails operates exclusively with Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:
- Replacement of the defective or incorrect item
We do not offer cash refunds or electronic transfers. Refund or replacement approval is subject to product inspection upon return.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
In cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Raul Trails will cover the return shipping cost. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
